Charlot Byj "Red Heads" collection, produced exclusively by W. Goebel in Rödental, West Germany. The large, curved plaque with text is a shop advertising display sign. The figurine of the girl with pigtails is a specific character from the collection. 
Charlot Byj created her famous redheaded children for greeting card illustrations, and her work was adapted into three-dimensional porcelain figurines by the Goebel company from 1957 to 1988.
