Imari ware is a style of Japanese porcelain named after the port of Imari, from which it was exported.

This figurines is characteristically hand-painted with elaborate floral motifs in a traditional palette of underglaze blue, iron red, and gold.

dating to the late 19th century (Meiji or Edwardian periods).

often used as decorative accents, fireside ornaments, or door stops.
