The artwork was created by Arnaldo Putzu and features caricatures of the main cast including Sidney James and Barbara Windsor. Features the classic saucy double entendre: "When it comes to Beauty Queens—it's 'Carry On' and Bust!"
It is the 25th entry in the legendary 31-film Carry On franchise.
