The cameras were manufactured in Britain by the Cine and Photographic Division of Rank Precision Industries Ltd under license from the American Bell & Howell Co..
They were a popular camera in the 1950s for shooting home movies, featuring a clockwork motor and a 10mm f/1.9 Super Comat lens.
